Capital Improvement Program
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is OC San’s continuous effort to keep our facilities operating at optimal levels. We plan, design, and prepare for the future by making sure that we meet our commitment of protecting public health and the environment. OC San plans to invest over $2.7 billion in our infrastructure over the next ten years at our two facilities and throughout our 479-square-mile service area.
