The project constructed two regional pressurized sewer pipelines (force mains) on Westminster Boulevard between Seal Beach Boulevard and Rancho Road/Hammon Place in the cities of Seal Beach and Westminster.   The new force mains have been installed and are fully operational.

UPCOMING WORK

City of Seal Beach

In coordination with the City of Seal Beach, the following work is scheduled to take place:

LOCATION: Westminster Blvd. between Seal Beach Blvd. and Bolsa Chica Rd. 

WHAT:  Asphalt paving work and modifications to OC San facilities.

Sections throughout eastbound Westminster Blvd. #2 lane will be paved.  Also, includes a 300-ft stretch along westbound Westminster Blvd. by Bolsa Chica Rd. In addition, the concrete around OC San manhole covers within the median area will be modified.

WHEN:  Starting week of October 23 and lasting approximately 3 weeks.

HOURS:  Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.  In addition, a few nights, 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. for roadway striping during the week of November 5.
